Im actually real nervous..I think it will be a great learning process. I have never modeled before, and I know im only another face amongst a long list of gals..I hope all goes well though, I promise to do my best though. :)

Ya know, its true what Masuimi said, I have met alot of girls who claim to be "models" on myspace, and other avenues, and ya know, im really humble about aaanything I do, and im barely starting out on this venture, so I have tried to ask them for advice or any pointers , and they ignore me or act very stuck-up. Masuimi has really been the only help, and she's a professional!!! Here im thinking, here is Masuimi who is a person who has done this for years, she does it as a profession and she is a professional, and she is the one taking time to answer my questions. It really wakes you up to understanding why some people are the pros they are, its in the personality. I love watching the masters at work, and in that, you find your own identity in whatever work you are doing. You never wanna be a carbon copy of someone, but you want to learn from them, and their advice is invaluable! its quite amazing. ;). Actually, no one knows im doing the shoot except my best friend, Masuimi and you guys lol I don't want others to think "oh shes trying to be some model". Im just being me, just going out there and...trying.

That's indeed very different with Masuimi...offering you to help you with the shoot is just amazing...

About being yourself, I believe that is the only way one can really flourish, that is what sets you apart, and in a way, no one can ever completley really be a carbon copy of you since, well..no one can ever truly be you. Its that way in music too. :)

haha im curious too. It was weird, i remember changing into my clothes in the bathroom and seeing a big framed Masuimi picture and thinking "Masuimi has been here, that Is sooo cool!!" hehe. Liz, the makeup artist asked me what models I knew of and that I admired, I was right away saying "Masuimi Max!!", she told me the story of Masuimi buying her couches from her, the leopard printed ones. She said Masuimi did a photoshoot on them, right off the bat I knew what she meant "oh, shes wearing red and black right" lol. Liz Laughed "I think it's that". I got to learn what a "test shot" is lol, what to do, what not to do. I was real nervous in the beginning, but as I started taking the pictures I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I wanted to be open to any pose, but Mitzi was cool, she would ask "ya think ya can do this one?" "sure I can :D lol". I had to lay down with my legs straight up in the air, she was like "ya gotta get your legs higher than that" haha. This modeling thing is harder work than what most people think, and this is the first time Ive ever tried it! you have to be part acrobat! haha. You move constantly, every look and expression and movement tells a story since you don't have subtitles at the bottom of each picture. I tried to ask questions so I can learn, about the pictures, makeup, hair. I admire Masuimi even more now!! She's a rockstar hehe. I almost teared up when I told Mitzi "thank you for making my first photoshoot so awesome". I left there thinking Masuimi Max puts so much effort into what she does, and that's a great role model to have. I feel honored to have even been in the same room Masuimi has worked in.

I believe you when you say that being a model is very hard work. It's not just about a pretty face...you have to work constantly on your condition, working long hours, sometimes difficult poses...
But you have done it!! I'm sure the results will be amazing and hopefully you will do some more shoots...
Anyway, if it is in this line of work or the singing business...I'm sure you will find your way.
Just remember, if you really want something and you are willing to work for it...anything is possible. Catch ya later...;)
